Our Position

NinthMoon does not sell your personal information for money, and we do not sell or share your sensitive personal information — including your reproductive, health, and mental-health data.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar laws, the terms “sell” and “share” are defined broadly. Certain uses of third-party analytics and advertising cookies (for example, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel) may be considered a “sale” or a “share” for cross-context behavioral advertising, even when no money changes hands. This notice lets you opt out of those uses.

How to Opt Out

You can exercise your right to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information in the following ways:

• In-app / on-site controls: use our cookie preferences tool to decline analytics and advertising cookies.
• Global Privacy Control (GPC): we honor the GPC browser signal as a valid opt-out request where required.
• By email: send a request to legal@ninthmoon.ai with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share.”

We will apply your choice without requiring you to create an account and without discriminating against you for exercising this right.

Sensitive Personal Information

We use your sensitive personal information (including reproductive and mental-health data) only to provide the Services you request and for other purposes permitted by law — not to infer characteristics about you or for advertising. You may request that we limit its use to those permitted purposes by contacting legal@ninthmoon.ai.

Minors

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 18.

Authorized Agents and Verification

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request with your written permission. We may take steps to verify your identity before processing a request.
