How to Delete Your Account
You may request deletion of your NinthMoon account and associated data by:
- Opening the NinthMoon app.
- Navigating to Profile → Settings.
- Selecting Delete Account.
- Confirming your deletion request.
If you are unable to access the app, you may contact us at support@ninthmoon.ai to request account deletion.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, we will delete:
- Account profile information
- Authentication credentials associated with your account
- Chat history and conversations
- Cycle, symptom, pregnancy, and wellness information
- User-generated content stored within the app
Data Retention
Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business obligations.
