Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses NinthMoon AI LLC’s Services, including Nimo and community features. It supplements our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate illegal activity;
• harass, threaten, defame, or harm others, or post hateful, violent, obscene, or exploitative content;
• post or transmit content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent professional credentials;
• collect, scrape, or harvest other users’ information, or solicit others’ personal data;
• introduce malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe or test the vulnerability of, or otherwise interfere with the Services or their infrastructure;
• circumvent usage limits, access controls, or security measures;
• reverse-engineer the Services or attempt to extract, replicate, or misuse the underlying AI models;
• you are strictly prohibited from using Nimo’s conversational outputs, generated summaries, or responses to train, fine-tune, validate, or improve any machine learning models, large language models, or artificial intelligence systems. Scraping, caching, or exporting content from the Services to create synthetic training datasets or competitive products is an immediate breach of this Policy
• use bots or automated means to access the Services in a manner that burdens the system, or attempt to exploit, fuzz, or manipulate our API endpoints to circumvent established rate limits, user verification thresholds, or pricing tiers;
• attempt to manipulate the AI to produce harmful, illegal, or unsafe content, or to bypass safety features;
• you must not use our community features or chat interfaces to coordinate, facilitate, advertise, request, or distribute prescription medications, regulated substances, or medical treatments outside of authorized clinical settings. This includes, but is not limited to, the illicit sourcing, mailing, or sharing of reproductive healthcare medications or pharmaceuticals.
• use the Services or AI outputs as a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice, or rely on them in an emergency;
• use the Services for commercial exploitation, advertising, or solicitation without our written permission.

AI-Specific Use

Nimo provides supportive, informational content only. Do not rely on it for diagnosis, treatment, or crisis response. Do not attempt to use Nimo to obtain instructions for self-harm or harm to others; safety features may store and escalate such interactions as described in our AI Usage Policy.

Enforcement

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with or without notice, and may report unlawful activity to authorities where appropriate. To maintain platform integrity, if an account is suspended or terminated due to a severe security violation, malware deployment, or malicious infrastructure attack, the standard 14-day account-deletion grace period is immediately forfeited. The account will be subjected to an absolute, immediate lockout to eliminate active threat vectors, while personal data will remain subject to our back-end erasure schedules unless a valid legal hold applies.

Report violations to legal@ninthmoon.ai or via the in-app reporting feature.
