About the role
NinthMoon is building an AI-native reproductive care ecosystem designed to support women across periods, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and beyond. We’re looking for a Program Intern to work directly with the founder and help drive research, intelligence gathering, ambassador programs, and strategic initiatives across the company.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting the dots, staying informed about startup ecosystems, and helping leadership teams stay organized and up to date.
What you’ll do
Ambassador program operations
- Manage ambassador applications.
- Coordinate candidate screening and interviews.
- Schedule onboarding sessions.
- Manage ambassador communication channels.
- Maintain ambassador databases and records.
- Track referrals, participation, and engagement.
- Share regular updates with ambassador cohorts.
Startup & ecosystem research
- Research startup communities and networking opportunities.
- Track emerging FemTech, HealthTech, and AI startups.
- Monitor industry trends and developments.
Competitor intelligence
- Maintain competitor tracking databases.
- Analyze competitor products, positioning, and growth strategies.
- Track launches, partnerships, and major updates.
Founder operations
- Schedule founder conversations and meetings.
- Support special projects and research requests.
- Assist with pricing research and market analysis.
- Prepare periodic reports and summaries.
Metrics & intelligence reporting
- Prepare weekly Women’s Health, FemTech, and AI intelligence briefs.
- Track new startups, funding announcements, product launches, AI innovations, strategic partnerships, marketing campaigns, and competitive developments.
- Present concise findings and actionable insights to leadership.

- Excellent written communication skills.
- Interest in startups, AI, healthcare, and emerging technologies.
- Comfortable working directly with founders.
Bonus points
- Experience with market research.
- Experience in startup ecosystems.
- Familiarity with Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, or project management tools.
- Interest in FemTech, HealthTech, or AI.
