About the role
NinthMoon is building an AI-native reproductive care ecosystem designed to support women across periods, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and beyond.
We’re looking for a Product Manager (Consumer & AI) to work closely with the Founding Team and help transform ideas into product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and user experiences.
This is a highly cross-functional role working across Product, Design, Engineering, AI, Growth, and Customer Insights.
What you’ll do
What you’ll own
- Product roadmap and prioritization.
- Product requirements (PRDs), user stories, and specifications.
- Product documentation, knowledge base, and product wiki.
- User research, interviews, and feedback synthesis.
- Competitive and market research.
- Product analytics, activation, and retention insights.
- Release planning and feature launches.
- App Store and Play Store listings, metadata, release notes, and optimization.
- Coordination across Design, Engineering, AI, QA, and Growth teams.
What we’re looking for
- 4–6 years of Product Management experience.
- Experience with consumer products, mobile apps, AI products, healthcare, wellness, or startups.
- Strong product thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
- Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and roadmaps.
- Comfortable working with designers, engineers, and AI teams.
- Data-driven and user-focused mindset.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Bonus points
- Experience with AI products, LLMs, chatbots, or agents.
- Experience in FemTech, HealthTech, Wellness, or Consumer AI.
- Experience launching mobile apps.
- Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO).
- Startup experience.
Important
This is a hands-on builder role. You’ll work directly with the Founder and help translate product vision into execution.
We’re looking for someone who can bring structure, clarity, and documentation to a fast-moving startup environment and eventually grow into a larger product leadership role as the company scales.
