About the role
NinthMoon is building an AI-native reproductive care ecosystem designed to support women across periods, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and beyond. We’re looking for a Founding Product & Growth Associate who will work directly with the founder and help shape both the product and its growth journey.
This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of product, mobile apps, growth, AI, healthcare, and startups.
What you’ll do
Product strategy & documentation
- Build and maintain the NinthMoon Product Wiki.
- Document product vision, user journeys, features, workflows, and requirements.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, including current and future strategic themes.
- Translate ideas into structured product requirements.
- Maintain decision logs and product knowledge repositories.
- Research competitors, market trends, and emerging opportunities.
Mobile app growth & store management
- Own App Store and Google Play Store optimization efforts.
- Research and monitor keywords, categories, and competitors.
- Recommend improvements to app listings, screenshots, metadata, and positioning.
- Track ratings, reviews, and store performance metrics.
- Support release planning, release notes, and store updates.
- Help improve activation, retention, and conversion across the user journey.
Product analytics & user insights
- Analyze user behavior and product performance.
- Identify patterns in user feedback and feature requests.
- Support pricing, onboarding, activation, and retention experiments.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, QA, and Marketing teams.
What we’re looking for
- Experience working on consumer mobile apps.
- Familiarity with App Store Connect and/or Google Play Console.
- Strong product experience and enablement skills.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and early-stage startup environments.
- Ability to turn conversations and ideas into structured plans.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-driven and highly organized.
Bonus points
- Experience in FemTech, HealthTech, AI products, Wellness, or Consumer Apps.
- Experience with App Store Optimization (ASO).
- Experience with product analytics tools and growth metrics.
- Startup experience.
