
About the role
NinthMoon is building an AI-native reproductive care ecosystem designed to support women across periods, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and beyond.
We’re looking for our first Growth Marketing Lead to help build awareness, trust, engagement, and sustainable growth for an AI-native women’s health platform.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building from scratch, experimenting across channels, and helping meaningful products reach the people who need them most.
What you’ll do
What you’ll own
- Organic growth across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
- SEO — on-page, off-page, backlinks, and keyword strategy.
- Email marketing and lifecycle campaigns.
- App Store Optimization (ASO).
- User acquisition and growth experiments.
- Performance marketing across Meta, Google, and Apple Search Ads.
- Analytics, conversion funnels, activation, and retention.
What we’re looking for
- 3–7 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Consumer Marketing, or User Acquisition.
- Experience growing consumer apps, healthcare, wellness, consumer AI, or community-led products.
- Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, social growth, ASO, analytics, and performance marketing.
- Comfortable moving from organic growth to paid acquisition.
- Data-driven, highly accountable, and execution-focused.
Important
This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role today. You’ll be expected to roll up your sleeves and execute.
