About the role
NinthMoon is building an AI-native reproductive care ecosystem designed to support women across periods, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and beyond. We’re looking for a Growth & Community Intern to help us build meaningful relationships with communities, experts, users, and partners while supporting growth and launch initiatives.
What you’ll do
Community building & outreach
- Research and identify relevant women’s health communities.
- Reach out to community leaders and administrators.
- Build relationships with online and offline communities.
- Support community engagement initiatives.
Expert & partner outreach
- Create and maintain databases of healthcare experts, coaches, educators, and creators.
- Research fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and women’s health experts.
- Support outreach campaigns and partnership efforts.
Podcast & webinar support
- Research relevant podcasts and media opportunities.
- Build and maintain podcast outreach databases.
- Coordinate webinar logistics and participant communication.
User research operations
- Schedule user interviews.
- Manage surveys and feedback collection.
- Organize research participants and interview logistics.
- Maintain research records and documentation.
Growth operations
- Coordinate with the marketing team on growth initiatives.
- Assist with launch activities and campaigns.
- Support community and user acquisition efforts.
What we’re looking for
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong internet research abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable reaching out to new people.
- Curious about startups, healthcare, AI, and community building.
- A self-starter who can work independently.
Bonus points
- Experience with community management.
- Experience with women’s health, healthcare, or startups.
- Familiarity with social media and growth marketing.
